REFUND
Returns have no extra fee, but take under consideration that the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Once SoFoo Designs has received your package, please give us up to 7 working days in order to process the condition of the product. Then we will contact you and explain the steps that need to be taken for the process of refund or exchange.
FAULTY ITEMS & REPAIRS
SoFoo Designs offer an appreciative service of repair up to 4 months from the day of purchase, if there is any problem with the product from our side of production. Share photos of the faulty parts of your product to info@sofoodesigns.com and we will get back to you with details of the following procedure.
Shipping and customs charges for returning the product will not be covered by SoFoo Designs.
If you have a product for more than four months and you would like to adjust a faulty part of it, please follow the same procedure and our team will contact you with a quote regarding its repair costs.
Take under consideration that to proceed it is necessary to have valid proof of purchase before before moving on with any repair.
